Dispatch you a Courier with the correct vehicle for the job to arrive when you have your collection ready. If necessary, our couriers will wait for work to be completed.
Inform you how long we expect the delivery to take from the time that your courier leaves.
Give you an up to date ETA – estimated time of arrival.
Confirm the time of delivery and the name of the person who signed for the item.
Once we have your item on board, you can relax in the knowledge that it is in safe hands. In the event of unexpected delays, (closure of a Motorway) we will keep you informed and arrange alternative plans to cover your needs.
Couriers with Honesty and Integrity – We will only accept your work if we feel that it is possible to complete it successfully. If we feel that we are unable to fulfill a job in your timescale – because of weather, road or other conditions, we will tell you at booking. We can then either agree to change the timescale or not take on your work.
Adaptable Couriers – Conditions change on Britain’s crowded roads and holdups occur unexpectedly. If there is a holdup, we will first let you know and then try to route our courier around it using live traffic routing. If there is a need to change the delivery point as a result, we will happily do so for you.
Person to Person Couriers – We will deliver person to person if required, and will wait up to 30 minutes for them – no extra charge. Only after the first 30 minutes do we charge a moderate waiting fee.
Discrete Courier Service – Discretion is always essential whether carrying sensitive items such as ‘blind tenders’, medical and veterinary samples. We will work to your discretionary instructions – no extra charge.
Respectable Couriers – You will feel comfortable to have our courier on your premises. Our couriers will always turn up looking smart and clean, reflecting our premium quality.
Same Day Couriers – When you need a courier, you generally need one today for a delivery today. We will ensure that we have a courier on your premises whatever your timescale, 24/7 and ready to deliver your needs directly.
Time Critical Couriers – There are times when you need your courier to collect or deliver to a specific time line. It may be a business tender to be submitted by 12.00 noon on a certain day. It may be a medical or veterinary sample that has a limited shelf life. If you need a time critical courier, we will ensure that you have one, to collect and deliver to your timing.
Passport and Visa Couriers – We will collect and deliver Passports and Visas to any UK Passport Office, High Commission or Embassy in the UK and return the completed documentation to you.
UK Freight Couriers – We supply long wheel base vans (up to 4 pallet capacity) to carry urgent same day or perishable freight within the UK.
European Couriers – We will arrange collection in the UK and deliver to any country in the EU by van for large items, or by fly/drive couriers as hand luggage – subject to all international carriage restrictions on aircraft or by ferry.

Multiple Legal Signature collection couriers – Our couriers will collect papers from one office, get them signed at a second and deliver to a third.
Public Tender collection and delivery couriers – Our couriers will, for example, collect printed matter for a business tender from the Business Printer at 04.00am, next collect artwork and models from your offices, and deliver the whole tender by 12.00 noon as a no Originator ID delivery – “Blind Tender” – to a Government or Local Authority Office.
Passport and Visa Couriers – We will collect your passport and visa documentation and take them to the relevant Embassy or High Commission for processing. Once you tell us that they are processed (maybe a week later) we will collect and deliver them back to you.
Person to Person Couriers – We will arrange to collect from or deliver to a named person at a specific time, carrying anything from Court papers to medical or veterinary samples.
